1st Birthday & Cake Smash Photography
Cake smash photography is a very fun way to celebrate a baby’s first birthday. The idea of a cake smash is to mark a baby’s first birthday with their first taste of cake.
Play with your baby with the cake in front of them and roar with laughter and cry with emotion as your baby eats some while smashing it into bits! Cake smashes create lots of fun, and action photo opportunities for you to keep forever.
Cake smashes are perfect for children turning one year old (shot ideally between 11-13 months old) or two years old (between 23 to 25 months old). However, we can shoot birthday photography at other ages too.
We supply: The cake (subject to further discussion regarding allergies etc.), props and backdrop. For add on bath sessions we supply the bath (!) and a clean towel.
You need to bring: Baby wipes and a change of clothing for the baby.hes which you don’t mind getting cake on!

The best photographs from the session will be beautifully edited and provided in a personalised, online gallery for you choose from and download.

BATHTIME!!
After all the fun playing with the birthday cake during the Cake Smash sessions, baby can get a little messy. Photos of baby in a warm clean up bath, playing with bubbles, water and rubber ducks, can be added on to your session. Bath time sessions make a great way to end a birthday cake smash session.
